21st century continued. Reproduction prices

I see a trend which indicates reproduction dolls are making a comeback, at least in value.  Pat. Loveless dolls trend between $200 to $300+.  Other artist halopeau repros can bring over $1000 on eBay. Commercial reproduction porcelain dolls average about $50+.  Perhaps this trend is due to rising prices of s few super rare dolls, like the k*r 108 or the jumeau 225.
